Viewing Card Support, Activations, Renewals and Changes.
It is very important to understand that should you need
support for a
viewing card product we are your only point of contact and under no
circumstances are you to contact the broadcaster or any other agents to
resolve problems.
Forgotten
or Lost Details
Do not panic if you have lost our telephone numbers, email us
and we will respond quickly.
It would greatly assist if you could provide the invoice or viewing
card number when contacting us.
Trade
and Reseller Support
All trade and reseller enquiries are welcome, we can offer a drop
shipping service and bulk discounts for traders.
Stock
and Waiting Lists.
We have the Abu Dhabi Sports, (ADMC subscription sports), satellite tv
viewing cards and Humax HD receiver in stock, we ship the
HD receiver as part of the order, we have plenty stock and are
currently able to fulfil all orders.

IN BRIEF
PAYMENT BY PAYPAL
Credit card sales are processed via the secure PayPal checkout system.
PayPal use the latest payment technologies to protect your data. For
customers who have never used PayPal before it is worth noting that
PayPal may limit the total value of your transaction until your account
is verified, in such cases we can make alternate arrangements on a case
by case basis e.g. accept payments via moneybookers or bank transfers
etc.
DELIVERY
Standard postage and packing is included in the price. Express or
courier postage will be quoted on an individual basis at the time of
the order.
VIEWING CARDS
Once payment has been received your satellite tv subscription viewing
card, the card will be activated and sent out to you. It is your
responsibilty to ensure you have the correct satellite decoding and
reception equipment available to use the card. If you are unsure about
this please contact us before confirming your order and we can advise
you. It is your responsibility to ensure that the terms and conditions
of the broadcaster are complied with.
CHANNEL DESCRIPTIONS AND LINE UPS.
The satellite TV channels, descriptions and contents within our site
were correct at time of publishing, they are however provided only for
indicitive purposes, the broadcasters can (and sometimes) do change
things at short notice. Any changes made by the broadcaster is beyond
our control, this is true for any satellite subscription viewing card
not just the cards for sale within our store, but we will happily
answer all questions as best as possible.
We are not responsible for any actions or changes by the broadcaster in
relation to programming or otherwise.
REFUNDS
There are NO refunds on viewing cards. If you need help we are your
primary contact, do not contact the broadcaster or other agents, you
risk termination of your viewing should you do this.

All Trade enquiries are welcome, if you want to distribute and sell our
products or satellite viewing cards, please contact us and we will

viewing cards, we have TV cards for sports fans, movie fans and general
entertainment cards for the whole family including the kids. Providers
include Sky, ADMC, Aljazeera, Showtime, Abu Dhabi Sports, and others.
Cards for adult services are also available but not listed this is to
comply with the family rating of our website - payments for adult cards
can NOT be made by paypal.
