All our viewing cards which you can buy here include shipping, and are shipped immediately after placing your order, for products including a receiver such as the Abu Dhabi Sports Card - shipping will be quoted separately on a client by client basis. As a rough guide standard shipping will cost between 10EUR and 30EUR depending on where in Europe you live, and courier shipping will be a little more, full details will be supplied when you order the integrated receiver if you are purchasing more than one unit the shipping will be adjusted appropriately to match the order size, shipping and packing is quoted at cost.

For Spanish speakers, we can provide Canal Digital viewing cards, these also provide excellent 2nd language support with many of the premium channels carrying an English audio track, some also carry Original Language and Portuguese language support.

PAYMENT BY PAYPAL
All online credit card sales are processed through the PayPal checkout system. PayPal use the latest secure payment technologies to protect your data. PayPal may put limits on your transaction until your account is verified, in such cases we can make alternate arrangements on a case by case basis.

DELIVERY
Standard postage and packing is included in the price for smart card products, products which include hardware will be quoted separately unless indicated on the payment sections. Express postage will be quoted on an individual basis at the time of the order. For purchases of more than one CAM unit, please contact us to have an individual quote, with adjusted shipping price.

VIEWING CARDS
Once payment has been received your viewing card will be activated and sent out to you. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct satellite equipment available to use the card. If you are unsure about this please contact us before confirming your order and we can advise you. It is your responsibility to ensure that the terms and conditions of the broadcaster are complied with. The satellite TV channels, descriptions and contents are for indication/informative purposes only, the broadcasters can and sometimes do change things at short notice, this is beyond our control, this is true for any official satellite subscription viewing card not just the cards for sale on this page, we will however happily answer all questions as best as possible.

We are not responsible for any actions or changes by the broadcaster in relation to programming or otherwise. There are NO refunds on viewing cards. If you need help or support we are your primary contact, do not contact the broadcaster or other agents, you risk termination of your viewing should you do this.
